The Bramhasthal Residence

The brief wanted us to draw inspiration from the traditional homes of Kerala. You are greeted by a ‘padippura’ entrance, serving as a gateway to the divine realm of serenity & beauty. Niches add a sense of depth & visual interest. Carved stone pillars grace the entrance & living spaces. The crowning glory of this house is its terracotta sloped roofs. The warm hues of wood complement the earthy tones of stone, creating a harmonious blend of textures and materials.
