Framed Screens

The brief defined this residence to have a perfect blend of different activities across its four levels. The clients wanted a proximate workspace & a space to host guests. The structure thus reflects a mix of commercial and residential façades together. This corner plot brings in plenty daylight and ventilation, controlled with framed jaalis or screens. The lower floor accommodates the workspace and back office. The residential units start from the second level that gives views to the surroundings and the reserved forest in the front.
