Brick Kiln Residence

The site is enclosed on three sides with no setbacks with only the narrow face as a source of daylight. The team designed the residence with an approach to break the monotony of the street with a contemporary design wrapped in traditional red brick skin. The stairwell carries the light deep inside and creates a drama of sun and shade. Small cut-outs and sleeves bring in the westerly winds inside the house, bringing mild breeze all throughout.
